Building Ecological Wine cellar
The commercial activity is the storage and processing of organic wines from the vineyard existing on that farm. The cultivation of the vine represents the recovery of a productive activity that has been performed for centuries is these lands from the Arab period and that currently exist and only the terraces on the ground and some old irrigation canals.
All the energies that surround this winery are totally renewable and ecological, for the wines produced are the most natural and unique. The dimensions of the vineyard, 2.7 hectares, are not very large in order to monitor more easily, and to maintain a good quality every year, the fundamental interests by the promoters.
The building project consisted of the construction of a building for wine cellar, which not only meet the functional needs for the realization of activity to which they are to be spend, but also promote this type of activity and, of equal thus contributing to attract wine tourism and wine to complement the gastronomic, cultural and health tourism existing in the area.
Meeting the needs of the developer, and considering the required building regulations, this Action Project proposes the construction of a wine cellar in the production area occupy an area of 285 m2 above ground developed on a single floor. On the other hand, we would have the storage area and maturation would be found below ground with an area of 125.20 m2. Its location is justified by the requirement to maintain a temperature as constant as possible throughout the year.
The production area of the winery consists of a single building, which includes a small courtyard linked to the tasting area.
The project has tried to get a rural setting in which harmony with the traditional architecture of the villages of Andalusia. So construction is made of thick walls, plastered to good view and painted with lime.
The covers are traditional clay tile, creating a simple volume that maintains harmony with the environment that surrounds it, to reach their full integration and environmental improvement.
The outer urbanized, maintaining and integrating new native vegetation, treated the environment does not suffer any alteration.
