ALEJANDRO GIMÉNEZ ARCHITECTS is a team of architects, technical architects and interior designers who develop architectural projects for single-family houses with more than 20 years of experience in the sector. ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS
Pre-Construction
- Communications with the city council about the specific urban details of the existing plot or houses, to have a clear vision of the legal possibilities.
- In the case of an existing house, an Architectural Study Report will be suggested to have a better understanding of the property.
- Estimate of preliminary project costs, overhead and architect's fees.
- Design and construction project.
- Obtaining the licenses required by the City Council to build or reform a home.
- Selection of qualified and recognized construction companies in the area.
- Request estimates and budgets in different companies for comparison.
- Prepare a detailed chronological breakdown of the project. This will cover everything from initial meetings to final completion and everything in between.
During construction
- On-site supervision during the construction process.
- Under your authorization, we will manage all costs related to the project and We will work within budget constraints.
- Periodic reports with explanations and updated photos will be delivered.
After construction
- Obtain the required first occupancy license to connect with the required utility provider.
- We are able to provide complete interior design services through our local stores that specialize in designer furniture, fabrics, curtains, etc.

ARCHITECTURAL REPORTS
Our inspection is a comprehensive investigation of the following matters:
• General conditions of ownership
• Site conditions
• Construction of subfloor

• Non-invasive indoor / outdoor humidity controls
The report assesses the structure, safety, and security of a building, including areas that need immediate attention and those that may require attention midway through. The report also covers the entire property: exterior buildings, roads, driveways, and other structural aspects. We have the experience of more than 50 properties in the best areas of the Costa del Sol.
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
The key to any successful community management program is the community manager. We are proactive by nature and undergo continual, rigorous training, representing our clients well in all aspects of the maintenance and improvement of their communities.
We perform regular site inspections, oversee contractors, provide boards with monthly management reports, organize board meeting packets, attend scheduled board meetings, and provide solutions.
