class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En el coraz\u00f3n de la Urbanizaci\u00f3n Cascada de Camoj\u00e1n en Marbella, rodeada por un bosque de pinos, se encuentra una villa reformada por nuestro Estudio de Arquitectura Alejandro Gim\u00e9nez. Donde hemos empezado por una reubicaci\u00f3n de la cocina, el sal\u00f3n y el comedor al n\u00facleo central de la vivienda; este cambio ha proporcionado una interrelaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s intensa con el entorno exterior con la zona de interior, fomentando un estilo de vida m\u00e1s abierto y envolvente.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, la joya de la corona de este proyecto radica en la reforma del dormitorio principal. Para ello hemos quitado los falsos techos, donde hemos\u00a0 ampliado a lo m\u00e1s alto de la vivienda con impresionantes alturas de 3 metros, dando la sensaci\u00f3n de un lugar amplio. Desde la parte superior de la vivienda, se pueden apreciar las vistas panor\u00e1micas de la vibrante ciudad de Marbella y del mar Mediterr\u00e1neo. Esta reforma que hemos realizada en la villa se ha aporta un dise\u00f1o \u00edntimo y a su vez una armon\u00eda con la naturaleza.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
