Obra nueva de tres viviendas entre medianeras, ubicado en el casco antiguo de Sevilla, con una superficie de solar de 125.67m2.

Conseguimos una concepción clásica por un lado de las viviendas, con muros generosos, patio en el medio como pulmón del edificio al que se abren las viviendas y por el que circulan a su alrededor.

Una vivienda en planta baja, en planta primera pequeño apartamento y ático dúplex con terraza.

El ático dúplex, en su planta primera con la habitación principal con baño integrado en la misma, concepción del espacio y la luz, un ventanal en el techo baña de luz la bañera/pilón. Este recurso se repite en otras estancias.

En la segunda planta, tenemos integrado cocina y salón con la terraza, la cocina a diferente altura se convierte en el torreón del hogar, desde donde se puede tener una visión global de lo que acontece en salón y terraza, la zona de fogones vuelve a ser bañada por catarata de luz en el techo.

New building of three houses between party walls, located in Seville historic center, with a surface plot of 125.67m2.

On one side, we got a traditional design of housing, with generous walls, courtyard in the middle as the lungs of the building where the houses open themselves and flowing around.

We have a ground floor apartment, on the first floor we found small apartment and a duplex penthouse with terrace.

The duplex penthouse is divided in area to have rest with a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom in it, conception of space and light, a large window in the ceiling light bathing “tub / pool”. This resource is repeated in other rooms.

On the second floor, have built kitchen and living room with terrace, the kitchen with a different height becomes in the tower and the heart of home, from where you can get an overview of what happens in living room and terrace. The stove area again be drenched flood of light from the ceiling.
