Casa Paraiso

In an old residential development with a privileged setting, this renovation demonstrates that true luxury lies in simplicity. With a highly optimised budget, the project focused on refining the space in order to give the landscape centre stage.

We created clean white frames that maximise and capture the views towards the horizon, transforming the sea into the home’s main picture. We reduced the materials to an extremely limited palette in order to eliminate visual noise and create a sense of calm.

Within this setting of pure lines and natural light, the house takes shape and comes to life through just two elements: the blue of the sea and the character of the artworks. It is a creative intervention in which limitation became contemporary purity.
