Throughout our project management services we offer the following:

(Pre-) Construction
• Check with the Local Authorities about the plot´s specific urban planning details or any existing houses, in order to have a clear view of the legal possibilities.
• In case of an existing house, an Architectural Survey Report will be suggested to have a better understanding of the property.
• Preliminary budget costing, general expenses and architect fees
• Design Project & Building Project
• Obtain the required licenses from the Town Hall to build or renovate a house
• Select and organize qualified and well-known construction companies from the area.
• Establish estimates and comparable prices.
• Prepare a detailed chronological breakdown of the project. This will cover every aspect from initial meetings to final completion and everything in between.

During construction
• On-site supervision during the construction process
• Under your authorization we would manage all project-related costs and work within the budget constraints.
• Regular reports with explanations and updated photos will be delivered.

After construction
• Obtain the First Occupancy License needed after completion in order to connect with the needed utility supplier.
