Villa Zamboanga

In the heart of the Cascada de Camoján Urbanization in Marbella, surrounded by a pine forest, lies a villa refurbished by our Architectural Studio Alejandro Giménez. Where we have started with a relocation of the kitchen, living and dining room to the central core of the house; this change has provided a more intense interrelation of the outdoor environment with the indoor area, encouraging a more open and enveloping lifestyle.

However, the jewel in the crown of this project lies in the renovation of the master bedroom. For this we have removed the false ceilings, where we have extended to the top of the house with impressive heights of 3 metres, giving the feeling of a spacious place. From the top of the house, you can appreciate the panoramic views of the vibrant city of Marbella and the Mediterranean Sea. This renovation of the villa has brought an intimate design and at the same time a harmony with nature.
