Villa El Paraíso

The architectural studio, Alejandro Giménez Architects, begins the renovation and extension of a villa located in the heart of La Costa del Sol, with traditional Mediterranean characteristic in this area.

The renovation is created with a Mediterranean style, generating quality architecture, which through local materials, looks for combining tradition with modernity, without ever losing the identity of our roots.

This project is designed in detail and taking special care in every aspect, it combines straight and simple lines with large open and light spaces. The intervention creates open spaces on the first floor, with large openings that allow a direct indoor-outdoor connection, where the wonderful views of the terrace are the main protagonist. On the ground floor, bedrooms and bathrooms are created, looking for the view of the garden and the greatest entrance of light.

A villa where natural materials are one of its main features, traditional materials such as wood, terracotta or reeds invade the entire hours and create a project with its own character and identity.
