Villa Luz y Pinos

Alejandro Giménez’s studio delves into the comprehensive remodeling and renovation of this villa located in Roche. The project maintains the structure of the house and tries to make a reform that respects and integrates into the existing environment, between pine trees, sea, and rocky cliffs.

It is a project that takes care of every detail which leads to the creation of a contemporary space with a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The studio tries to make a contemporary family villa with an interpretation of the Andalusian style, where open spaces invaded by natural lighting and the use of color are combined.
