Following a great educational journey in Spain, the United States and Germany, and graduating from the Higher School of Architecture of Seville, Alejandro Giménez founded his architecture studio in 1999 for his great passion, the design and construction of high-end residential homes. Since then he has had an impeccable career, surrounded by great projects and hundreds of satisfied and happy clients who are able to enjoy a new home from the firm of Alejandro Giménez Architects.
Thanks to his great professional resume and experiences abroad, specifically in Japan and Mexico, he grew and developed in the sector, marking a very personal style of architecture, discovering new colours, spaces and ideas of different kinds.
His goal as an architect in Sotogrande is to create spaces full of calm and peace, spacious environments that convey serenity and purity to their inhabitants.

Our style at Alejandro Giménez Architects is a very personal style that prioritises natural elements such as water, light and different textures from which to create differentiated spaces. In addition, what we want is for the whole house to be a continuum and for there not to be a very abrupt delineation between exterior and interior. On the other hand, in our architecture, landscapes also take on special relevance. CASA DE LA LUZ, THE IDEAL BALANCE
We have extensive experience in the construction of Residential Houses in Estepona, one of our most outstanding projects is “Casa de la Luz”. A house that combines a traditional and integrated architecture in the historic centre of Estepona, without forsaking modernity. Original façade with connected contemporary rooms and a terrace at the top with views of the centre and the mountains.
This design combines the historical essence and preservation of space, with traditional materials and open spaces that bring light and freshness to the project. A haven of peace and quiet that you’ll want to return to.
The connection of the various rooms is carried out by means of a staircase with black metal details, with a sophisticated and narrow profile that brings personality to the house. The idea of maintaining an Andalusian style patio is preserved for the best enjoyment of outdoor spaces.
The furniture and interior decoration is made up of handmade materials and modern designs of wood, metal and stone to achieve the best contrast.
